After your artwork is completed, you will be sent an HD photo of the artwork. If you need any modifications to the painting, we will do them free of charge. Our artists will give you unlimited revisions.
If your artwork is lost by the courier company during shipping, we will repaint it and send it to you again at no additional cost.
If only the frame of the artwork you receive is damaged or broken, you will be compensated for that frame.
If the artwork you ordered with a frame is received damaged but the frame is safe, it will be repaired free of charge, provided you send the damaged painting to us within 15 days. If you are not happy or satisfied with the repaired artwork, a new painting will be made and sent to you free of charge.
If you don't like the painting after you receive it, you can request a refund by sending the artwork to us in its original packaging. You will be refunded 100% within 15 days after we receive the artwork.
